On demand, we have now decided to pack some of our homemade pickles and achaars for you. These are the selected few of our achaars that can be stored and consumed for a longer period of time. Dhulo achaar: a powder made with a mix of spices and herbs Mix/Veg achaar: a spicy pickle with a mix of veggies like raddish, bamboo shoot, tree tomatoes, carrots, etc. Sidra ko achaar: a powder mix of fried Bombay duck fish Masu ko achaar: a pickle made of spiced dried buffalo/chicken meat Dalle: Round fiery chillies in brine, or paste These are all made to order and are subject to availability, and prices vary accordingly.
